At Accounting Systems For WNC, we provide customized accounting and financial services based on time, expertise, and individual client needs. By engaging our services, you agree to the following refund policy:
No Refunds After Work Begins
Once any accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, reporting, or advisory work has started, all fees are non-refundable.
This includes (but is not limited to):
- Reviewing or organizing financial records
- Setting up systems or accounts
- Performing bookkeeping or payroll services
- Preparing financial statements or reports
- Any time spent working on your account
Because our services are time-based and tailored to each client, work performed is considered earned immediately.
Hourly Services
All services are billed at our stated hourly rate. Once time has been spent on your account, those charges are final and non-refundable, regardless of project status or outcome.
Prepaid Services
If you prepay for services:
- Any unused time may be eligible for a refund
- Any time already worked is non-refundable
Consultations
Your first hour consultation is free. Any additional consultation time is billable and non-refundable once completed.
Cancellations
We ask for reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
- Scheduled time may be billed if not canceled in advance
- Work already completed prior to cancellation is non-refundable
